Orders may be delayed or cancelled where we are not given completely accurate information and/or are unable to contact the person who placed the order of the cardholder responsible for payment of the order. Orders may be delayed due to holidays, inclement weather or postal strikes, for which we will not be responsible.

Presentation, Pricing and Availability of Goods

Images of products on the Website are for illustrative purposes only. Since our products our custom items, all item colors will vary based on the color of your ribbons. Color may be different depending on and not limited to ribbon age, sun bleaching, and manufacturer. Your products will not look exactly like the images shown.

Prices are subject to change with out notice.

All items sold are subject to livability and while every effort is made to fulfill you order in a timely manner, custom items take longer to fulfill than ready to ship items. On rare occasions if the item ordered may not be available, you will be notified by email if we have to cancel the order and a refund or credit will be arranged.

Payment

All prices on the Website are inclusive of taxes, fees and shipping costs. You will see estimated taxes, fees and shipping costs when you place your order. The final taxes, fees and shipping costs will be clearly displayed and included in the total cost when you check out.

If you are placing an order by paying by credit or debit card, your card will be charged at the time of the order. All prices are quoted and charged in U.S. dollars.

If we are unable to ship the items to you for any reason, we will refund you the amount charged for the items that were not shipped. This refund will be made to the payment method that you used for the order.
