  • How do I order a custom ribbon creation?
    To order a custom ribbon creation, please contact us directly. We prefer to speak with each customer personally about their vision for their creation. This allows us to better understand your specific needs and ensure we create something truly unique and meaningful. We do not offer an online shop as we book quickly and may not always be immediately available to take new orders. We recommend reaching out as early as possible to discuss your project and secure a spot in our schedule.
  • How many ribbons do I need?
    It depends on the product! Small items like pillows and stuffed animals typically need 10-15 ribbons, while larger pieces like wall hangings can use up to 150 ribbons. Please visit our ribbon creations page to see each product. You will find all ribbon requirements listed!
  • How long does it take?
    Dependong on the time of the year and creation project, orders can take as little as 2 weeks or up to 6-8 weeks from the time we receive your ribbons. If you need it sooner, let us know so we can plan accordingly. We currently do not offer a rush option.
  • What happens to my extra ribbons?
    All unused or extra ribbons and rosettes are returned to you! We do not keep anything.
  • Do you accept international orders?
    Yes! We accept international orders. Additional shipping fees and longer delivery times may apply. You are responsible for all import fees.
